New York Chapter
Our mission
The New York Chapter affords free direct advice and business counselling for member firms in connection with general business concerns relative to Romania. We help our members to achieve their business objectives in Romania through close links with our partner, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, as well as the many local Chambers of Commerce.

The New York Chapter is managed by a Board of Directors:
President of the RACC and leads DeltrexUSA and Legacy Rubber. A trustee of the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, he also supports cultural initiatives in Romania. Formerly, he led Zero International Group, Allegion, and the NY Critical Manufacturing Council, and previously owned Romanian TV of New York.

Liana Zavo is a New York-based entrepreneur and early-stage venture capitalist. She runs ZavoMedia PR Group to help founders enter the U.S. market and invests in female-led tech startups through ZavoVentures. She also hosts the podcast Unleash the Story Within.
